When connecting via LTI 1.3, we receive minimal identity claims from your LMS (name, email, course context) as part of the standard LTI launch flow.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. LTI 1.3 connections use OAuth 2.0 and signed JWT tokens for secure authentication. We never store your LMS credentials.

Your educational content, courses, and AI-generated materials remain your intellectual property. We do not use your proprietary content to train AI models. You retain all rights to content you create on the platform.

5. LTI Data Handling

When you launch EduGears through your LMS, we receive standard LTI claims including user identity, course context, and role information. This data is used solely to provide our services within the context of your LMS course. We do not share this data with third parties.
