1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduGears AI LTI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

EduGears AI LTI provides AI-powered educational tools integrated into your Learning Management System via the LTI 1.3 standard. You may use our services for lawful educational and training purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. User Accounts

Authentication is handled through your LMS via LTI 1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LMS account. Institutional administrators are responsible for managing tool registration and access within their LMS.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you create using EduGears AI LTI, including AI-generated materials, remains your property. The EduGears AI LTI platform, including its technology, branding, and features, is the property of EduGears AI LLC.

5. Grade Passback

When grade passback (AGS) is enabled, EduGears AI LTI will automatically submit grades to your LMS gradebook. Instructors are responsible for reviewing AI-generated grades before final submission to students.
